Yes, you can move your license. Use the HWID reset in your portal, or open a support ticket if you get stuck. Then install the loader on the new setup following the guide.

Download the loader fresh from the portal instead of copying the old one over. And check the status page before you start, so you know the product is online.

Short version: reset, reinstall, follow the guide. If the reset button does nothing, send a ticket and mention what changed on your PC.
