Loader won’t open or crashes on launch, what should I check?

Las respuestas están cerradas.In order: check the status page, make sure your key is still active, run the loader as Administrator, confirm you are on Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit) with an Intel or AMD CPU, and download the latest loader from your portal instead of reusing an old file. Those five cover most cases.
If you changed hardware or reinstalled Windows, the license may be tied to your old setup. You can reset the HWID in your portal or open a ticket. And follow the setup guide in order, it is easy to miss a step the second time through.
tbh like 90 percent of “broken” reports are the admin thing lol no judgement we’ve all forgotten. If it still fails, ticket with what you saw, your Windows version, and whether the game updated. Please don’t mess with system settings you don’t understand while troubleshooting.
