Replies are closedFirst stop is always the status page. It shows whether the product is online right now. Status is only accurate for the moment you look at it, so we tell everyone to recheck after any game or anti-cheat update. If it says offline or updating, there is nothing to fix on your side. Updates are free during your key, so you are not paying again, you are just waiting.
Also, don’t launch on a bad status and hope for the best. If the page says it is paused, leave it. If the page says online and it still won’t start, that points to something local like admin rights, an old loader, or the license being tied to another PC. And if it shows online but you are stuck, open a ticket and tell us what you saw, your Windows version, and whether the game updated. That gets you an answer way faster than “it doesn’t work”.
